Pastor / Teen Boys Teacher – Mark
Executive Office Administrator – Melody

Mark started Sun View Baptist Church in 2001. He and his wife, Melody, have a daughter, Skylin, and a son, Greyson. Mark attended two Christian universities and Bible College where he received a Master’s Degree in Bible and Theology. He enjoys expository preaching, time with family and working out.
Melody is our Executive Office Administrator and also our Ladies Class Teacher.

Worship Leader – Nate
Teen Girls Teacher – Alana

Nate and Alana Jones have been a part of our church since almost the very beginning. Nate serves as our Worship Team Leader, and his wife Alana also serves with him on the Worship Team. Alana also teaches our Teen Girls Sunday School Class. They are so important to our church and to all the people they help on a weekly basis.

Adult Teacher – Aaron
Worship Team – Jody

Aaron is one of the best adult teachers in our church, and his wife Jody is a part of our Worship Team. Aaron and Jody have been at our church for over 20 years. We are so grateful they have had such an important impact on the people at our church and continue to help people year after year. Our church family would not be what it is without them.

Wednesday Teen Leaders

Eric, Courtney, and their sons have been such a blessing to our church. Eric teaches our teens on Wednesday nights and also serves on our AVL team. Courtney is also in charge of our food and fellowship events amongst other things. We are so grateful they are a part of our church family and ministry.

Wednesday Children’s Leader – Kenneth

Kenneth has been teaching the Bible to the children of Sun View for over 10 years! So many of our youth have grown up under his influence and example. The McClains are a wonderful family and we are so grateful they are a part of Sun View.

Children’s Teacher – Christopher
Hospitality Team – Heather

Christopher has been teaching the Bible at our church for over 15 years. He currently teaches our children’s Sunday School Class on Sunday mornings, and he’s an important part of our Worship Team. His wife Heather serves on our hospitality team, and she’s such an example of the love of Christ to all who know her.

Security Leader – Ken
Children’s Teacher – Velvet

Ken leads our Security Team and serves in many areas around our church property. Ken is key in looking out for our widows and coordinates with our hospitality team to care for them before and after services. Velvet is a most valuable Children’s Church teacher and leader. The children she teaches love to be there each week and some have been reached by her with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are so grateful for all they do to help the work of God at Sun View.
